One of the biggest challenges for companies is relevant communication in this scenario of abundance of content and information. The quest for relevance involves in-depth knowledge of each customer in demographic, geographic and behavioral terms.
With this challenge came the Customer Data Platform (CDP) from Iris Data Driven Marketing, a business intelligence platform and ultra-segmented campaigns from the 4all hub. Iris was developed to make the most of its data potential and make the business increasingly data-driven, identifying and executing the appropriate communication for each client, in the right channel, in the right way and at the most pertinent moment.
The team, made up of business development, ux design, back-end, front-end and data scientists, worked with the Scrum methodology for projects, which guarantees agility in management and development, based on a division of cycles called sprints. A sprint represents a Time Box within which a set of activities are performed.
